From July 1 Households in Three Australian States Can Get Free Solar

From July 1, households with smart meters across New South Wales, South Australia and Southeast Queensland can cross over using a system where they can use three free daytime hours under a scheme called the Solar Sharer Offer and from October Victoria plans to adopt a similar scheme.
