Volunteers celebrated for positive influence on communities

This week is National Volunteer Week, celebrating the efforts of volunteers across Australia as they contribute to creating stronger communities.  

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, around 43 percent of Australians over 15, volunteered in some capacity last year.  

A new survey by OrangeSky suggests volunteering increases positive social connection and cohesion.
